Kitchen and bathroom renovation in East Ham 2014. The house was a typical Victorian end of terrace, with the bathroom in the back of the kitchen. The client wanted to move the bathroom upstairs and open up the kitchen space since it is a south facing garden. Work involved:

• Full electrical re-wire of entire house
• Knocking out the wall between kitchen and bathroom to create one space
• Moving the boiler downstairs and digging through to install waste pipes for upstairs
• Creating a partition in the spare bedroom to create a new bathroom
• Knocking through the outside wall leading to the garden to install French doors, including screed and tanking
• Replacing kitchen roof and insulation
• Kitchen and bathroom installation and decorating
